Akrūra’s Journey to Vraja and His Devotional Vision of Kṛṣṇa and Balarāma

FAQs

This verse states that Lord Viṣṇu willingly assumes a human-like form to accomplish His divine purpose—especially to relieve the earth’s burden—while remaining fully the Supreme Lord.

As Akrūra traveled to Vṛndāvana to bring Kṛṣṇa to Mathurā, his heart overflowed with devotion and longing for darśana, so he expressed faith that his eyes would finally gain their true ‘fruit’ by seeing the Lord.

Cultivate eager longing for divine darśana—through sincere remembrance, hearing, and service—trusting that the Lord reveals Himself by His own will to the devoted heart.
