The Killing of Keśī and Vyomāsura; Nārada’s Prophetic Praise of Kṛṣṇa

गिरिदर्यां विनिक्षिप्य नीतं नीतं महासुर: । शिलया पिदधे द्वारं चतु:पञ्चावशेषिता: ॥ २९ ॥

giri-daryāṁ vinikṣipya nītaṁ nītaṁ mahāsuraḥ śilayā pidadhe dvāraṁ catuḥ-pañcāvaśeṣitāḥ

Nach und nach entführte der große Dämon immer mehr Jungen, warf sie in eine Berghöhle und verschloss den Eingang mit einem Felsblock. Schließlich blieben nur vier oder fünf übrig, die noch die Schafe spielten.
