Govardhana-dhāraṇa: Kṛṣṇa Lifts Govardhana and Humbles Indra
शिर: सुतांश्च कायेन प्रच्छाद्यासारपीडिता: । वेपमाना भगवत: पादमूलमुपाययु: ॥ १२ ॥
śiraḥ sutāṁś ca kāyena pracchādyāsāra-pīḍitāḥ vepamānā bhagavataḥ pāda-mūlam upāyayuḥ
Vom Unheil des heftigen Regens zitternd und bemüht, mit ihren Körpern Kopf und Kälber zu bedecken, näherten sich die Kühe den Lotosfüßen der Höchsten Gottheit.
