The Deliverance of Nalakūvara and Maṇigrīva
Yamala-Arjuna Līlā Prelude and Culmination
कृष्ण कृष्ण महायोगिंस्त्वमाद्य: पुरुष: पर: । व्यक्ताव्यक्तमिदं विश्वं रूपं ते ब्राह्मणा विदु: ॥ २९ ॥
kṛṣṇa kṛṣṇa mahā-yogiṁs tvam ādyaḥ puruṣaḥ paraḥ vyaktāvyaktam idaṁ viśvaṁ rūpaṁ te brāhmaṇā viduḥ
O Kṛṣṇa, Kṛṣṇa, großer Yogin! Du bist die ursprüngliche und höchste Person. Dieses Weltall, manifest und unmanifest, grob und subtil, ist Deine Gestalt; so wissen es die vedakundigen Brāhmaṇas.
The two demigods Nalakūvara and Maṇigrīva, because of their continuing memory, could understand the supremacy of Kṛṣṇa by the grace of Nārada. Now they admitted, “That we should be delivered by the blessings of Nārada Muni was all Your plan. Therefore You are the supreme mystic. Everything — past, present and future — is known to You. Your plan was made so nicely that although we stayed here as twin arjuna trees, You have appeared as a small boy to deliver us. This was all Your inconceivable arrangement. Because You are the Supreme Person, You can do everything.”

This verse states that learned brāhmaṇas recognize the entire cosmos—both manifest and unmanifest—as Krishna’s rūpa, affirming Him as the transcendent source and support of all existence.
After being freed from their curse by Krishna’s mercy, they offer praise acknowledging His supreme divinity—He is the ādyāḥ puruṣaḥ paraḥ, the original transcendental Person behind both matter and spirit.
