प्रकृतिकोपकमधर्मिष्ठमनैकान्तिकं चैतदिति कौटिल्यः ॥ कZ_०५.६.३२ ॥
Transliteration
prakṛti-kopakam adharmiṣṭham anaikāntikaṃ caitad iti kauṭilyaḥ
Translation
Kauṭilya sagt: „Dieser Weg – den Zorn der Bestandteile des Staates zu erregen – ist unrecht und liefert keine verlässliche Bestimmtheit.“
