प्रकृतिष्वरूढः सुखमुच्छेत्तुं भवतीति ॥ कZ_०८.२.१८ ॥
Transliteration
prakṛtiṣv arūḍhaḥ sukham ucchettuṃ bhavatīti
Translation
Wer unter den prakṛti (den konstitutiven Elementen des Staates) nicht fest verwurzelt ist, wird leicht gestürzt.
