अन्धो राजा शक्यते सहायसम्पदा यत्र तत्र वा पर्यवस्थापयितुम् ॥ कZ_०८.२.११ ॥

Transliteration

andho rājā śakyate sahāyasampadā yatra tatra vā paryavasthāpayitum

Translation

Einen blinden König kann man „überall zur Ruhe setzen“—das heißt: platzieren und kontrollieren—mithilfe der Mittel von Mitverschworenen.
