जानपदास्त्वमित्रसाधारणाः इति ॥ कZ_०८.१.२७ ॥
Transliteration
jānapadās tv amitra-sādhāraṇāḥ iti.
Translation
Die Landbewohner hingegen sind dem Feind gegenüber „gemeinsam“ (d. h. leicht mit ihm zu teilen oder von ihm zu beeinflussen).
