dvitīye paurajānapadānāṃ kāryāṇi paśyet
Translation
Im zweiten Zeitabschnitt soll er sich um die Angelegenheiten der Stadtbewohner und der Landbevölkerung kümmern (städtische und ländliche Verwaltung).
