तेषां किल्बिषमदण्डकरा हरन्त्ययोगक्षेमावहाश्च प्रजानाम् ॥ कZ_०१.१३.०८ ॥

Transliteration

teṣāṃ kilbiṣamadaṇḍakarā harantyayogakṣemāvahāśca prajānām

Translation

Jene (Könige) laden jedoch Schuld auf sich, wenn sie Strafen und Steuern erheben, ohne dem Volk Wohlergehen und Sicherheit zu bringen.
