Transliteration

ekāṅgabāhulyam anvāvāpaḥ

Translation

Wenn eine Waffengattung (eine einzelne Truppenart) im Übermaß vorhanden ist, heißt die Anordnung anvāvāpa (ergänzende Zuteilung).
