Transliteration

pañcadaśa rathasya hastino vā pañca cāśvāḥ

Translation

Für einen Streitwagen—oder für einen Elefanten—(gibt es) fünfzehn (Männer); und (es gibt) fünf Pferde (zugeteilt/angegliedert).
