संवदनमन्त्रेण भार्याव्यञ्जनाः परेषां माणवैः सम्मोदयेयुः ॥ कZ_०४.५.०६ ॥

Transliteration

saṃvadanamantreṇa bhāryāvyañjanāḥ pareṣāṃ māṇavaiḥ sammodayeyuḥ

Translation

Using the ‘conversational/enticing technique’, they have their young agents charm and distract the wives and women of others.
