ह्रासं व्ययस्य च प्राज्ञः साधयेच्च विपर्ययम् ॥ कZ_०२.६.२८च्द् ॥

Transliteration

hrāsaṃ vyayasya ca prājñaḥ sādhayecca viparyayam

Translation

Und der kluge Verwalter soll eine Verringerung der Ausgaben herbeiführen und das Gegenteil verhindern (d. h. Rückgang der Einnahmen und Anwachsen der Ausgaben).
