पांसुन्यासे रथ्यायामष्टभागो दण्डः पङ्कोदकसम्निरोधे पादः ॥ कZ_०२.३६.२६ ॥

Transliteration

pāṃsunyāse rathyāyām aṣṭabhāgo daṇḍaḥ paṅkodakasamnirodhe pādaḥ

Translation

Für das Abladen von Staub/Unrat auf der Straße beträgt die Geldbuße 1/8 (einer standardmäßigen Straf­einheit); für das Behindern des Abflusses von Schlamm und Wasser beträgt sie 1/4.
