Transliteration

rakṣātikrame pūrvaḥ sāhasadaṇḍaḥ

Translation

Bei Verstoß gegen die Schutz(vorschriften) gilt die sāhasa-Strafe „erster Stufe“ (die niedrigste Kategorie der Geldbuße für Gewaltdelikte).
