Transliteration
bhinnamudrāṇām atyayo ghaṭikāsthāne sthānam
Translation
Bei manipulierten/gebrochenen Siegeln ist der Fall an der ghaṭikā-Station (dem vorgesehenen Kontrollposten) zu verhandeln.
