तस्मादमात्यसम्पदोपेतः सर्वसमयविदाशुग्रन्थश्चार्वक्षरो लेखनवाचनसमर्थो लेखकः स्यात् ॥ कZ_०२.१०.०३ ॥
Transliteration
tasmād amātyasampadopetaḥ sarvasamayavid āśugranthaś cārvakṣaro lekhanavācanasamartho lekhakaḥ syāt
Translation
Daher soll der königliche Schreiber die Qualifikationen eines Ministers besitzen, in allen Anlässen (Protokoll und Kontext) bewandert sein, schnell schreiben, klare und elegante Buchstaben haben und sowohl im Schreiben als auch im lauten Vorlesen kundig sein.
