Transliteration

teṣām antarāṇi vāgurikaśabarapulindacaṇḍālāraṇyacarā rakṣeyuḥ

Translation

Die Zwischenräume zwischen jenen (Grenzposten/Festungen) sollen von im Wald umherziehenden Gruppen bewacht werden — Fallensteller (vāgurika), śabaras, pulindas, caṇḍālas und andere Waldstreifer.
