Transliteration

śatrumitramutsāhayitum artho na veti saṃśayaḥ

Translation

Es entsteht Zweifel, ob Ausgaben (artha/ Aufwand) eingesetzt werden sollen oder nicht, um den Verbündeten des Feindes zu ermutigen (zu gewinnen/anzuspornen).
