मन्त्र्यादिवर्जानामन्तरमात्यानामन्यतमकोपोऽन्तरमात्यकोपः ॥ कZ_०९.३.२० ॥
Transliteration
mantryādivarjānām antaramātyānām anyatamakopo 'ntaramātyakopaḥ
Translation
Der Groll, der bei irgendeinem der mittleren Beamten entsteht — unter Ausschluss des Ministers und anderer Spitzenbeamter — heißt «Groll des mittleren Beamten» (antaramātya-kopa).
