मन्त्रशक्तिसम्पन्नो हि वन्ध्यबुद्धिरप्रभावो भवति ॥ कZ_०९.१.११ ॥
Transliteration
mantraśaktisampanno hi vandhyabuddhir aprabhāvo bhavati
Translation
Denn wer die Kraft des Rates/der Strategie (mantraśakti) besitzt, aber wirksame Macht entbehrt, wird «im Urteil unfruchtbar» und wirkungslos.
