FAQs

It specifies the preparation/placement of multiple consecration vessels (ghaṭa/kalaśa) dedicated to functional deities—door-guardians, Dharma-class deities, pacificatory (praśānta) forces, and also Vāstu, Lakṣmī, and Gaṇeśa—within a Vāstu/Pratiṣṭhā ritual layout.

By cataloging precise ritual components (named deity-kalaśas) used in installation and site-rituals, it preserves applied liturgical and Vāstu-technical details alongside theology—showing the text’s practical manual-like breadth.

Dedicating kalaśas to guardians, dharmic powers, pacification deities, and prosperity/site deities is meant to protect the threshold, stabilize the space, remove obstacles, and invite auspiciousness—supporting purity, order, and merit in consecration.
