तदस्तु क्लिष्टमक्लिष्टं कृतं क्लिष्टमसंस्कृतं सर्वात्मनामुना शम्भो पवित्रेण त्वदिच्छया
tadastu kliṣṭamakliṣṭaṃ kṛtaṃ kliṣṭamasaṃskṛtaṃ sarvātmanāmunā śambho pavitreṇa tvadicchayā
O Śambhu, durch Deinen Willen möge alles, was getan wurde—mit Mühsal oder ohne, unvollkommen oder noch ungeschliffen—durch dieses pavitra gereinigt werden, mit meinem ganzen Sein.
