Kapilādipūjāvidhāna — Procedure for Worship Beginning with Kapilā

उदानाय च व्यानाय भुक्त्वा चुल्लकमाचरेत् जलाशये इति ङ, चिह्नितपुस्तकपाठः ॐ रौद्रकोटिगिरिके इति ख, ग, घ, ङ, चिह्नितपुस्तकचतुष्टयपाठः अमृतापिश्चानमसीति शरीरे ऽन्नादिवायवः

Nach dem Essen soll man das kleine Spülen (cullaka/ācamana) vollziehen und es Udāna und Vyāna (den Lebenshauchen) widmen. In einer gekennzeichneten Handschriftenlesart steht „jalāśaye“; in vier gekennzeichneten Handschriften lautet die Rezitation „oṃ raudrakoṭigirike“. Durch diesen Akt gelten Speise und andere Elemente im Körper als mit den prāṇa verbunden und werden mit der Formel geheiligt: „Du bist amṛta; du bist Anamasi.“
