राज्यं राष्ट्रञ्चेति ख , छ , ञ च लक्षयेदिति ञ तथारिमित्रमित्रञ्च विजिगीषोः पुरः स्मृताः पार्ष्णिग्राहः स्मृतः पश्चादाक्रन्दस्तदनन्तरं
rājyaṃ rāṣṭrañceti kha , cha , ña ca lakṣayediti ña tathārimitramitrañca vijigīṣoḥ puraḥ smṛtāḥ pārṣṇigrāhaḥ smṛtaḥ paścādākrandastadanantaraṃ
„Königreich“ und „Land/Gebiet“ — so sind sie (als einschlägige Kategorien) nach den traditionellen Kennzeichen zu verstehen. Ebenso gelten Feind, Verbündeter des Feindes und eigener Verbündeter als vor dem Eroberungswilligen (vijigīṣu) stehend.
