अश्ववाहनसारः

ग्रहाश् च हेषिते चैव तथैवोरसि वासुकिः उपोषितो ऽर्चयेत् सादी हयं दक्षश्रुतौ जपेत्

grahāś ca heṣite caiva tathaivorasi vāsukiḥ upoṣito 'rcayet sādī hayaṃ dakṣaśrutau japet

Wenn ein (unheilvolles) Wiehern (heṣita) auftritt, weist dies auf den Einfluss der Grahas hin; ebenso ist Schmerz oder Bedrängnis in der Brust mit Vāsuki verbunden. Nach dem Fasten soll man die jeweilige Gottheit verehren; und für den Zustand namens sādī soll man das Hayagrīva-Mantra in das rechte Ohr rezitieren.
