Dosha: Tridosha
Concept: Individualization: knowledge is applied by weighing context (deśa-kāla) and person (prakṛti-bala) rather than using one rule for all.
Application: Personalized medicine: choose dose, strength, and procedure intensity based on strength, season, and constitution; prioritize ojas preservation.

Ayurvedic dhātu-theory and clinical assessment: it states the progression asthi → majjā → śukra and highlights diagnostic factors—deśa (region), ārti (disease state), bala (strength), śakti (capacity), kāla (time/season/age), and prakṛti (constitution).
It shows the Agni Purana integrating classical medical concepts—tissue hierarchy, ojas (vital essence), and patient-context evaluation—alongside its many non-medical subjects, functioning as a compact compendium of applied knowledge.
By emphasizing right assessment of time, place, and constitution, it supports dharmic self-care and disciplined living, preserving ojas (vitality) which traditional Indian thought links to clarity, steadiness, and sustained sādhana.
