nāradādyairmunivarairudgītagugauravam | garuḍena puraḥsthenāniśamaṃjalinā stutam
Brahmā (deduced; Vaiṣṇavakhaṇḍa narrative voice)
Scene: A celestial assembly: Nārada and other sages sing hymns; Garuḍa stands before Viṣṇu with folded hands, perpetually praising.
The highest devotion is continuous praise and reverent service, modeled by sages and Garuḍa.
Not a local tīrtha in this verse; it depicts the devotional court around Viṣṇu that undergirds the authority of the māhātmya.
Stuti (hymnic praise) and añjali (folded-hands reverence) as ongoing modes of worship.
