ईश्वर उवाच । ततो गच्छेन्महादेवि तस्य दक्षिणतः स्थितम् । ईशाने लक्ष्मणेशाच्च धनुषां षोडशे प्रिये
īśvara uvāca | tato gacchenmahādevi tasya dakṣiṇataḥ sthitam | īśāne lakṣmaṇeśācca dhanuṣāṃ ṣoḍaśe priye
ঈশ্বর বললেন—হে মহাদেবী! তারপর তার দক্ষিণদিকে অবস্থিত সেই স্থানে গমন করা উচিত। প্রিয়ে! তা ঈশান (উত্তর-পূর্ব) দিকে লক্ষ্মণেশ থেকে ষোলো ধনু দূরে অবস্থিত।
