Transliteration

śiveti dvyakṣaraṃ nāma mahā pāpapraṇāśanam | yeṣāṃ mukhodgataṃ nṝṇāṃ tairidaṃ dhāryate jagat

Translation

‘শিব’—এই দ্ব্যক্ষর নাম—মহাপাপ বিনাশকারী। যাদের মুখ থেকে এ নাম উচ্চারিত হয়, তাদের দ্বারাই এই জগৎ ধারণ হয়।
