सद्योजातादिभिर्ब्रह्ममयैर्मंत्रैश्च पंचभिः । परिगृह्याग्निरित्यादिमंत्रैर्भस्माभिमंत्रयेत्
sadyojātādibhirbrahmamayairmaṃtraiśca paṃcabhiḥ | parigṛhyāgnirityādimaṃtrairbhasmābhimaṃtrayet
সদ্যোজাত প্রভৃতি পাঁচটি ব্রহ্মময় মন্ত্রে ভস্ম গ্রহণ করে, ‘অগ্নি…’ দিয়ে আরম্ভ মন্ত্রসমূহে সেই ভস্মকে অভিমন্ত্রিত করবে।
