कामप्रादुर्भावः — The Manifestation/Arising of Kāma
एवं चिंतयतो मे हि ब्रह्मणो मुनिसत्तम । मानसः पुरुषो मंजुराविर्भूतो महाद्भुतः
evaṃ ciṃtayato me hi brahmaṇo munisattama | mānasaḥ puruṣo maṃjurāvirbhūto mahādbhutaḥ
হে মুনিশ্রেষ্ঠ! আমি ব্রহ্মা এভাবে চিন্তা করছিলাম, তখন মনোজাত এক পরম আশ্চর্য পুরুষ মনোহর দীপ্তিময় রূপে আমার সম্মুখে আবির্ভূত হলেন।

The verse highlights that sincere contemplation can become the occasion for divine revelation—guidance manifests when the intellect turns inward. In Shaiva thought, such appearance points to anugraha (grace) that awakens right knowledge and redirects the soul toward Shiva.
A ‘person’ appearing in a pleasing form reflects Saguna revelation—Shiva’s power to become knowable through form and signs. Linga-worship similarly provides a tangible focus through which the formless Supreme is approached and realized.
The implied practice is dhyāna (focused contemplation). As a Shaiva takeaway, one may combine meditation with japa of the Panchākṣarī mantra (Om Namaḥ Śivāya) to invite clarity and grace, even when no external ritual is described in this line.
