असादि वृतो वह्निराजगन्वानग्निर्ब्रह्मा नृषदने विधर्ता । द्यौश्च यं पृथिवी वावृधाते आ यं होता यजति विश्ववारम् ॥
asā́di vṛtó váhnir ā́jaganvān agnír brahmā́ nṛṣádane vidhartā́ | dyáuś ca yáṁ pṛthivī́ vāvṛdhā́te ā́ yáṁ hotā́ yájati viśvávāram ||
বহনকারী জ্বালার রাজা, নির্বাচিত হয়ে, আসনে উপবিষ্ট অবস্থায় এসে পৌঁছেছে—অগ্নি, ব্রহ্মা, নর-আসনে ধারক। যাকে দ্যৌ ও পৃথিবী বৃদ্ধি করে; যাকে হোতা যজতি করে—সেই বিশ্ব-বর (সর্ব-বরদানসমৃদ্ধ) অগ্নিকে।
