या धर्तारा रजसो रोचनस्योतादित्या दिव्या पार्थिवस्य । न वां देवा अमृता आ मिनन्ति व्रतानि मित्रावरुणा ध्रुवाणि ॥
Transliteration
yā́ dhartā́rā rájaso rocanásyotá́dityā divyā́ pārthívasya | ná vāṃ devā́ amṛ́tā ā́ minanti vratā́ni mitrā́varuṇā dhruvā́ṇi ||
Translation
হে মিত্র–বরুণ! তোমরাই রজসের রোচন (দীপ্ত লোক) ও বিস্তৃত অন্তরীক্ষকে ধারণ কর; হে দিব্য আদিত্যগণ, স্বর্গীয় ও পার্থিব—তোমাদের ধ্রুব ব্রত (অচল বিধান) কোনো অমৃত দেবই টলাতে পারে না।
