Sukta 5.65
युवं मित्रेमं जनं यतथः सं च नयथः । मा मघोनः परि ख्यतं मो अस्माकमृषीणां गोपीथे न उरुष्यतम् ॥
yuváṃ mitrā́ imaṃ jánam yátathaḥ sáṃ ca nayathaḥ | mā maghónaḥ pári khyatam mó asmā́kam ṛ́ṣīṇāṃ gopīthé na uruṣyatam ||
হে মিত্র-বরুণ, তোমরা দু’জন এই জনকে যথাযথভাবে পরিচালিত করো এবং একত্র গতি/অভিমুখে নিয়ে যাও। হে মঘোনঃ (সমৃদ্ধিদাতা), আমাদের থেকে দূরে থেকো না; আমাদের ঋষিদের জন্য গোপীথ (রক্ষার আশ্রয়)-এ আমাদের রক্ষা করো, এবং আমাদের বিস্তৃত ও নিরাপদ করো।
