तमस्य विष्णुर्महिमानमोजसांशुं दधन्वान्मधुनो वि रप्शते । देवेभिरिन्द्रो मघवा सयावभिर्वृत्रं जघन्वाँ अभवद्वरेण्यः ॥
Transliteration
tám asya víṣṇur mahimā́nam ójasāṃśúṃ dadhanvā́n mádhuno ví rapśate | devébhir índro maghávā sayā́vabhir vṛtráṃ jaghánvāṃ abhavad váreṇyaḥ ||
Translation
তার মহিমাকে বিষ্ণু, ওজে অংশু (কিরণ) ধারণ করে, মধুর আনন্দ বিস্তার করেন। দেবতাদের সহচর করে মঘবা ইন্দ্র বৃত্রকে বধ করে বরণীয়—নির্বাচনযোগ্য, কর্মের জন্য গ্রহণীয়—হলেন।
