यद्ध स्या त इन्द्र श्रुष्टिरस्ति यया बभूथ जरितृभ्य ऊती । मा नः कामं महयन्तमा धग्विश्वा ते अश्यां पर्याप आयोः ॥
yád dha syā́ ta indra śruṣṭír ásti yáyā babhū́tha jaritṛ́bhya ūtī́ | mā́ naḥ kā́maṃ maháyantam ā́ dhag víśvā te aśyāṃ páry ā́pa ā́yoḥ ||
যদি, হে ইন্দ্র, তোমার সেই তৎপর শ্রবণ থাকে—যার দ্বারা তুমি স্তোতাদের সহায় হয়েছ—তবে আমাদের বর্ধমান কামনা-আকাঙ্ক্ষাকে দূরে সরিয়ে দিও না। হে আয়ুঃ (জীবনশক্তি), আমি তোমার সমস্ত ঐশ্বর্য চারদিক থেকে পরিবেষ্টিত করে লাভ করি।
