Sarga 95: Lamentation in Laṅkā and the Causal Chain of Enmity
प्रसन्नस्तुमहादेवोदेवानेतद्वचोऽब्रवीत् ।।।।उत्पत्स्यतिहितार्थंवोनारीरक्षःक्षयावहा ।
prasannas tu mahādevo devān etad vaco 'bravīt | utpatsyati hitārthaṃ vo nārī rakṣaḥkṣayāvahā || 6.95.35 ||
প্রসন্ন মহাদেব দেবগণকে বললেন— ‘তোমাদের কল্যাণার্থে এক নারী জন্ম নেবে, যিনি রাক্ষসদের ক্ষয় সাধন করবেন।’
MahaDeva was pleased by the Devatas and spoke these words for their benefit," a woman will be born for the destruction of Rakshasas."
