The Slaying of Indrajit

Thereafter Indrajith with his shield, and helmet of the head broken was thrown on earth killed.
Even the mighty fall when their adharma-driven power reaches its limit; the verse underscores karma-phala—actions yield consequences in due time.
Indrajit, Rāvaṇa’s son, is struck down in battle and collapses on the battlefield.
The implied virtue is steadfastness in righteous combat on the Vanara-Rāma side—persistence against deception and aggression.
