रावणभवनपरिक्रमणं हनूमतः शोकविचारश्च

तापसो वा भविष्यामि नियतो वृक्षमूलिकः।।।।नेतः प्रतिगमिष्यामि तामदृष्ट्वासितेक्षणाम्।
tāpaso vā bhaviṣyāmi niyato vṛkṣamūlikaḥ |
na itaḥ pratigamiṣyāmi tām adṛṣṭvāsitekṣaṇām ||
অথবা আমি সংযমী তপস্বী হব, বৃক্ষমূলের আশ্রয়ে জীবনযাপন করব; সেই কৃষ্ণনয়নাকে না দেখে আমি এখান থেকে ফিরে যাব না।
