In obedience to the command of Indra among men (king Janaka), the messengers rode away on swift horses to bring king Kusadhwaja, a tiger among men just like fetching Visnu by the orders of Indra.
Dharma is disciplined obedience within rightful authority: messengers promptly carry out a king’s legitimate command.
Janaka dispatches messengers swiftly to summon Kuśadhvaja for the impending royal decision and marriage rites.
Promptness and loyalty in service (the attendants’ faithful execution of duty).
