Entry toward Viśālā and the Indra–Kṣīrodamathana Legend
दिते: पुत्रा न तां राम जगृहुर्वरुणात्मजाम्।अदितेस्तु सुता वीर जगृहुस्तामनिन्दिताम्।।।।
diteḥ putrā na tāṃ rāma jagṛhur varuṇātmajām |
adites tu sutā vīra jagṛhus tāmaninditām ||
হে রাম! দিতির পুত্রগণ বরুণের সেই কন্যাকে গ্রহণ করলেন না; কিন্তু অদিতির পুত্রগণ, হে বীর, সেই অনিন্দ্যাকে গ্রহণ করলেন।
O Rama! while Diti's sons did not accept the unblemished Varuni, O heroic one, the sons of Aditi did.
