তাদের অনুপস্থিতিতেও এবং উপস্থিতিতেও, তোমার আচরণ দ্বারা—মন্ত্রীপ্রভৃতি সকল শ্রেণি ও সমগ্র প্রজাকে সন্তুষ্ট ও অনুরক্ত রাখো।
