गुणप्रशंसा–युवराजनिर्णयः
Praise of Rama’s Virtues and the Decision on the Heir-Apparent
तत्रापि निवसन्तौ तौ तर्प्यमाणौ च कामतः।भ्रातरौ स्मरतां वीरौ वृद्धं दशरथं नृपम्।।।।
tatrāpi nivasantau tau tarpyamāṇau ca kāmataḥ | bhrātarau smaratāṃ vīrau vṛddhaṃ daśarathaṃ nṛpam ||
সেখানেও তারা দু’জন বীর ভ্রাতা ইচ্ছামতো তৃপ্ত হয়ে বাস করলেও, বৃদ্ধ রাজা দশরথ—পিতাকে—নিত্য স্মরণ করত।
Though both the heroic brothers stayed there satisfied on their own they constantly remembered their aged father.
