Sage Nārada (teaching in a phala-śruti style within Uttara-bhāga narration)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: shanta
It presents a phala-śruti: the Purāṇa links righteous religious merit (puṇya) with both inner well-being (sukha) and outer stability (freedom from poverty), showing that dharmic acts are said to sustain life materially and spiritually.
Though it speaks in results-language, it supports bhakti-oriented practice indirectly: by promising steadiness and happiness, it encourages continued faith, pilgrimage/observance, and devotion without anxiety about worldly lack.
It most closely reflects ritual culture rather than a specific Vedāṅga: items like tila, cows, gold, and garments are classic dāna/karma resources used in śrauta–smārta contexts, indicating the Purāṇic emphasis on merit accrued through sanctioned religious acts.
