अरुणोदं सरः पूर्वं मानसं दक्षिणे तथा ।
शीतोदं पश्चिमे मेरोर् महाभद्रं तथोत्तरे ॥
aruṇodaṁ saraḥ pūrvaṁ mānasaṁ dakṣiṇe tathā | śītodaṁ paścime meror mahābhadraṁ tathottare ||
পূর্বদিকে ‘অরুণোদ’ হ্রদ; দক্ষিণে তদ্রূপ ‘মানসা’; মেরুর পশ্চিমে ‘শীতোদ’; আর উত্তরে তদ্রূপ ‘মহাভদ্র’ হ্রদ।
