न वै चतुर्युगावस्था नार्तवा ऋतवो न च ।
आग्नीध्रसूनोर्नाभेस्तु ऋषभो 'भूत् सुतो द्विज ॥
na vai caturyugāvasthā nārtavā ṛtavo na ca /
āgnīdhrasūnor nābhes tu ṛṣabho 'bhūt suto dvija
সেখানে চার যুগের কোনো ব্যবস্থা নেই; নেই মাসিক ঋতুচক্র, নেই নিয়মিত ঋতুও। কিন্তু অগ্নীধ্রের পুত্র নাভির ঘরে, হে দ্বিজ, ঋষভ পুত্ররূপে জন্মালেন।
