Adhyaya 49 — Cosmic Dissolution
तेन वा वर्तयन्ति स्म मुखे त्रेयायुगस्य वै ।
ततः कालान्तरेणैव पुनर् लोभान्वितास् तु ताः ॥
tena vā vartayanti sma mukhe treyāyugasya vai | tataḥ kālāntareṇaiva punar lobhānvītās tu tāḥ ||
সেই মধুর দ্বারাই তারা সত্যই ত্রেতাযুগের আদিতে জীবিত ছিল। পরে কিছু কাল অতিবাহিত হলে তারা আবার লোভে আচ্ছন্ন হল।
