Adhyaya 49 — Primordial Human Creation, the Rise of Desire, and the Origins of Settlements, Measures, and Agriculture
इच्छताञ्च तथायासो मनसः समजायत ।
अपां सौक्ष्म्यं ततस्तासां सिद्धिर्नानारसोल्लसा ॥
icchatāñca tathāyāso manasaḥ samajāyata /
apāṃ saukṣmyaṃ tatastāsāṃ siddhirnānārasollasā
আর যাদের ইচ্ছা হতো, তাদের জন্য তেমনি মনের প্রয়াসও জাগত। তখন তাদের জন্য জলের সূক্ষ্মতা প্রকাশ পেল, এবং নানারস-দীপ্ত এক সিদ্ধিও উদ্ভূত হল।
